Growth systems, not campaigns

A campaign ends. A system compounds. How to structure media, creative and product so each cycle makes the next one cheaper.

Most teams still plan in campaigns: a burst of spend, a burst of creative, a report, a pause. It is a comfortable rhythm because it has a clear beginning and end. It is also why so much marketing spend produces no durable advantage.

A growth system is different. It has a measurement spine that does not change between quarters, a creative pipeline that produces at a predictable cadence, and a product surface that improves as a result of what the media learns.

The practical test is simple: if you paused spend for a month, what would remain? In a campaign model the answer is nothing. In a system, the answer is a measurement layer, an asset library, a set of learnings encoded into the site, and automations that keep running.

Start with measurement, then creative volume, then the surface people land on. In that order. Anything else is decoration on top of a leak.
